Hosting: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Prohibited Activities:

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks, and may be modified to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Accuracy and Timeliness of Information:

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Modifications to the Service and Prices:

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

Products or Services (if applicable):

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information:

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 3 – SUBSCRIPTIONS, AUTO-RENEWAL, AND RECURRING BILLING

This section applies only if you enroll in a subscription plan. Please read it carefully — it describes an automatically renewing purchase that will continue to charge your payment method until you cancel.

3.1 Subscription Offering

We offer certain products on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). When you select a Subscription at checkout, you are enrolling in a recurring order that ships and bills automatically at the delivery interval you choose (for example, every [2 / 4 / 6 / 8] weeks) until you cancel. Available products, delivery intervals, quantities, and pricing are shown on the applicable product page and at checkout.

3.2 Authorization for Recurring Charges

By enrolling in a Subscription, you:

authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide, on a recurring basis, for the subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping, at the interval you selected;
confirm that you are the authorized holder of that payment method;
agree that this authorization remains in effect until you cancel your Subscription or we terminate it; and
agree to keep your payment method, billing address, shipping address, and contact information current.

You may be required to create a customer account in order to enroll in, view, or manage a Subscription.

3.3 Billing Date and Order Processing

Your first charge occurs when you place your initial Subscription order. Each subsequent charge occurs on your renewal date, which is determined by the interval you selected. Your renewal date may shift slightly due to weekends, holidays, processing delays, or changes you make to your Subscription.

Once a renewal order has been generated or charged, it enters fulfillment and generally cannot be modified or cancelled. To make changes to an upcoming order, you must do so at least [24 / 48] hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

3.4 Subscription Pricing and Discounts

Subscription pricing, including any subscriber discount (for example, [X]% off), applies only for so long as your Subscription remains active. Subscriber pricing is not retroactive and does not apply to one-time purchases. Promotional codes, one-time discounts, and other offers may not be combined with subscription pricing unless expressly stated. If you cancel and later re-enroll, the pricing and promotions then in effect will apply.

3.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices, product configurations, or delivery interval options at any time. If we increase the recurring price of your Subscription, we will provide notice to the email address associated with your account at least [30] days before the change takes effect, along with instructions for cancelling. Your continued Subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. Changes in applicable taxes or shipping charges are not price changes for purposes of this paragraph.

3.6 Free Trials and Introductory Offers

If you enroll through a free trial, discounted first order, or other introductory offer, your Subscription will automatically convert to a full-price recurring Subscription at the end of the introductory period at the rate disclosed at the time of enrollment, and will continue to bill at your selected interval until cancelled. To avoid being charged the full price, you must cancel before the end of the introductory period. Introductory offers are limited to one per customer, household, payment method, and shipping address unless otherwise stated.

3.7 Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your Subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at Hello@mcropouches.com. Subject to Section 3.3, you may:

skip an upcoming shipment;
change your delivery interval;
change products, flavors, or quantities;
pause your Subscription;
update your payment method; or
update your shipping or billing address.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an outdated address on file.

3.8 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time, for any reason, without penalty or cancellation fee. You may cancel:

online, through your customer account portal, using the same method by which you enrolled; or
by emailing Hello@mcropouches.com with your name and order or account information.

Cancellation is effective as to orders that have not yet been generated or charged. Cancellation does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, charged, or shipped (see Section 3.3). Cancelling a Subscription does not close your customer account.

We will confirm your cancellation by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us so we can verify that your Subscription has been cancelled.

3.9 Failed Payments

If a recurring charge is declined or fails, we may retry the charge, notify you to update your payment method, and pause or cancel your Subscription. You remain responsible for amounts owed for products already shipped to you. Any subscriber pricing or promotional rate may be forfeited if your Subscription lapses.

3.10 Shipping, Availability, and Substitutions

Subscription orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and to product availability. If a product in your Subscription is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable, we may, at our discretion, delay the shipment, substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value, or cancel that item and adjust your charge accordingly. We will attempt to notify you of any material substitution.

3.11 Eligibility and Restrictions

Subscriptions are available only to customers who meet all age and eligibility requirements applicable to the products ordered and who provide a shipping address in a jurisdiction where we lawfully ship those products. We may decline, suspend, or cancel a Subscription if we determine that shipment to your address is restricted or prohibited, or if you fail to satisfy any applicable age verification requirement. Additional product-specific restrictions, if any, are described on the applicable product page and in our Shipping Policy.

3.12 Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Returns Policy. Except as required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, and we do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused portions of a delivery cycle.

3.13 Communications

By enrolling in a Subscription, you consent to receive transactional communications relating to your Subscription — including order confirmations, renewal reminders, shipping notifications, payment failure notices, price change notices, and cancellation confirmations — at the email address and, where you have opted in, the phone number associated with your account. Transactional Subscription communications are not marketing messages and you may continue to receive them while your Subscription is active, even if you opt out of marketing.

3.14 Suspension or Termination by Us

We may suspend, modify, or terminate any Subscription, or the Subscription program generally, at any time and for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse of promotional offers, chargebacks, resale of products, or violation of these Terms. If we terminate your Subscription without cause, we will not charge you for undelivered orders.

3.15 Conflict

In the event of a conflict between this Section 3 and the disclosures presented to you at checkout for a specific Subscription, the checkout disclosures control as to that Subscription.
