The flavor is really good. Very potent though. My breath smelled like it for a long time after. They work good. I can feel the kava doing its thing for sure
I gave it 4 instead of 5 because the mint flavor was not my favorite. I got used to it and definitely used all the pouches. The berry flavor is my favorite by far. They work well. 2 before bed actually helped me mellow out and get to sleep faster. Would buy again.

As a military veteran this helps me take the edge off when I'm in social settings. I have PTSD and social anxiety and I pop one of these when we are headed to a function or out in general and it takes the edge off.
This gives me a pick me up when I feel myself crashing or when ive had a long night.
Taste is good. Did not necessarily feel any calming effects.

It's a little tricky, first took n just let it stay on my gums for about 4 hours. Then I got up n my legs were numb.I sat down n checked my pulse n breathing, both ok. Mind was clear n focused. Just my legs were numbed.Then 45 minutes later I was falling asleep. Never sleep or nap during the day.. Gave one to to sister n it knocked her out.not the calmI wanted. Now I just take for one hour or less.great flavor.will buy different flavors
These seem to work for sleep if you take more than one. I do not taste much Kava inside of them which is the reason I bought them. Overall they are average for the price. Not really bad or good.
They seem to work for me and the flavor is fantastic!
The pouches taste and feel good. Don't quite take the urge for nicotine away, but better than the caffeine or energy pouches though. I must have mistaken the mixed berry for a mixed sleeve of various flavors so will probably try some other flavors in the future.
I think these work as advertised. They have an effect but it is very subtle and mild. That is a good thing as I don't want anything that changes me cognitively or makes me feel intoxicated. They are a great end of the day thing.

Wintergreen hits exactly how I want a pouch to. cold sharp flavor and a nice little kick when I need to lock in
Citrus is the best one hands down. bright flavor and a really nice boost without feeling like too much
mango is easily my favorite. sweet but not too sweet and gives me a nice boost
Fresh mint is hands down my favorite. Cool flavor and I just feel noticeably more relaxed without feeling tired.

Mixed Berry is definitely my favorite calm flavor. Sweet without being too much and really easy to keep in for the full time.
kiwi watermelon is sooo good. probably the most refreshing flavor ive tried
wintergreen is the one. cool flavor and helps me chill without making me tired
